No. You do not require any prescription or any embarrassing and expensive doctors visits however, if you are taking medication or have any health concerns you must check with your doctor first.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship world wide from New Zealand. Because our products are health supplements containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere.

How long will it take to get my order?
We will process your order within 24 hours and ship via airmail ($14.95) from New Zealand. Delivery times are typically 5-12 days anywhere in the world or shipping by courier can take just a few days ($39.95).

Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes! All orders is sent in an unmarked plain packaging with no indication whatsoever of the contents. All products are labeled as health supplements.

How do I pay?
You may pay via credit card using our online order form. Alternatively you can contact us if you wish to pay using bank transfer. All prices on this site are in either USD (United States Dollar) or EUR (Euro). Your card could be billed in New Zealand dollars at the current exchange rate.

What name will show up on my credit card statement?
We have various banks where we process credit cards. You will receive an email with this information once your card has been billed. (The billing discryptor will not mention the name(s) of these products.)

Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
If in the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with the results of any of our products, you may return them within 60 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund (less any shipping and handling fees) on any number of unopened bottles and up to one opened bottle, even if it's completely empty!
